What smile do you good?

A brother called me 'smiley gal'. so surprised. haha...the impression i give people is smiley? :D

There are many staff in my office and throughout the day, you would have lots of chances brushing shoulders with the same person. perhaps what usual people do is greet that person on the very first occassion but when time goes by, people are soaked in their own work n tasks. you can feel that even sometimes that person's eyes meet yours, it's as if a blank stare, probably coz their minds are somewhere in their work. you can also sense their tense based on their footsteps.

But i'm just used to smile to that person no matter how many times i've met him/her, may it be the last occassion was just 3 seconds ago at another corner of another room. think people nowadays need more cheering. a smile won't make your problems disappear but it surely can lighten up the realm at that very moment.

Proverbs 15:30 - A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.

Since you have the good news of Jesus Christ, why not cultivating a cheerful look for the Lord who dwells in you? pass on the joy of the Lord to the people around you. evangelism is not merely TELLING the Good News but also LIVING OUT the Good News. this is your testomony. ask the Lord to grant you so much joy and peace in your heart that you can't contain.

So, why not take a deep breath, and tell yourself: "Jesus, my smile is for You"?
=)
